Удосконалення надання послуг підприємством ресторанного господарства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. Об’єкт дослідження – діяльність закладу ресторанного господарства. Предметом дослідження є процес удосконалення надання послуг у закладі ресторанного господарства на прикладі кафе «Верона». Метою роботи є дослідження процесу удосконалення надання послуг підприємством ресторанного господарства «Верона». У роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти удосконалення надання послуг підприємством ресторанного господарства. Проаналізовано стан господарської діяльності кафе «Верона». Пропонуються та оцінюється пропозиції щодо вдосконалення надання послуг підприємством ресторанного господарства. За результатами дослідження обґрунтована доцільність впровадження наведених заходів та проаналізована їх ефективність.

The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices. The object of research is the activity of a restaurant establishment. The subject of the study is the process of improving the provision of services in the restaurant industry using the example of the Verona cafe. The purpose of the work is to study the process of improving the provision of services by the restaurant business enterprise "Verona". Theoretical aspects of improving the provision of services by the enterprise of the restaurant industry are investigated in the work. The state of economic activity of Cafe "Verona" was analyzed. Suggestions for improving the provision of services by the restaurant business are offered and evaluated. Based on the results of the study, the feasibility of the implementation of the above measures was substantiated and their effectiveness was analyzed.
