Комунікативна компетенція і здатність до емпатії

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються особливості комунікативної компетенції та здатності до емпатії серед сучасної молоді. Розглянуто важливість розвитку комунікативної компетентності та емпатії у професійній діяльності психолога. Предметом дослідження стали процеси формування комунікативної компетенції і розвитку здатності до емпатії у молодому віці у взаємозв’язку з соціодемографічними, макросоціальними та психологічними чинниками, що впливають на соціальну ситуацію їх розвитку. Проаналізовано теоретичні моделі та емпіричні дослідження формування комунікативної компетенції і розвитку здатності до емпатії, а також чинники їх розвитку у молоді. В результаті емпіричного дослідження визначено, що студентська молодь у своїй більшості не має достатньо розвинених навичок комунікації та емпатії один до одного, це відбувається як внаслідок загального інфантилізму і не відповідності розвитку особистості віковій нормі, так і загально зниженого рівню культури і виховання, зміни форми навчання та спілкування з реального на онлайн, тобто на віртуальне, підвищення рівню тривоги населення країни та інших різноманітних чинників, що мають також вплив. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані в наукових цілях, а також при професійній підготовці практичних психологів

The work examines the features of communicative competence and the ability to empathize among modern youth. The importance of the development of communicative competence and empathy in the professional activity of a psychologist is considered. The subject of the study was the formation of communicative competence and the development of the ability to empathize at a young age in relation to sociodemographic, macrosocial and psychological factors affecting the social situation of their development. Theoretical models and empirical studies of the formation of communicative competence and the development of the ability to empathize, as well as the factors of their development in young people, are analyzed. As a result of empirical research, it was determined that the majority of student youth do not have sufficiently developed communication skills and empathy for each other, this is due to general infantilism and non-compliance of personality development with the age norm, as well as a generally reduced level of culture and upbringing, changes in the form of education and communication from real to online, i.e. virtual, increasing the level of anxiety of the country's population and other various factors that also have an impact. The practical significance of the work is that the research materials can be used for scientific purposes, as well as in the professional training of practical psychologists.
