Вплив сім’ї на вибір стилю поведінки підлітків у конфлікті

Abstract

Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається із двох розділів. У роботі розглядаються вплив сім’ї на вибір індивідуального стилю поведінки підлітків у конфлікті. Розглянуто поняття конфлікту, позитивні та негативні функції конфлікту, зміст індивідуальної поведінки у конфлікті та вплив соціальних систем на вибір стратегії поведінки підлітків у конфлікті. Предметом дослідження стали психологічні чинники поведінки підлітків у конфлікті.. Проаналізовано сучасні теоретико-методологічні та науково-практичні дослідження щодо основних понять визначення конфлікту, загальні положення теорій про стилі поведінки особистості у конфліктній ситуації. В результаті емпіричного дослідження визначено, виявлено, що 36%, досліджуваних надають перевагу суперництву, у 34% підлітків домінуючим стилем поведінки у конфлікті є компроміс. Пристосування характерно для 17% досліджуваних, уникнення обирається 10% учнів і всього для 3% випробовуваних домінуючим стилем поведінки в конфлікті є співпраця. Практичне значення роботи полягає в можливості їх використання при розробці тренінгових програм з питань формування навичок конструктивної взаємодії, а також програм, спрямованих на розвиток та корекцію особистісних якостей, які впливатимуть на вибір ефективних стилів поведінки у конфліктних ситуаціях

The graduation thesis consists of two sections. The work examines the influence of the family on the choice of the individual style of behavior of adolescents in the conflict. The concept of conflict, positive and negative functions of conflict, the content of individual behavior in conflict, and the influence of social systems on the choice of a strategy for the behavior of adolescents in conflict are considered. The subject of the study was the psychological factors of the behavior of teenagers in conflict. The modern theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical research on the main concepts of conflict definition, the general provisions of theories about the styles of personality behavior in a conflict situation were analyzed. As a result of the empirical research, it was determined and found that 36% of the respondents prefer rivalry, and 34% of teenagers have a dominant style of behavior in the conflict - compromise. Adaptation is characteristic of 17% of the subjects, avoidance is chosen by 10% of students, and cooperation is the dominant style of behavior in a conflict for only 3% of subjects. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of their use in the development of training programs on the formation of constructive interaction skills, as well as programs aimed at the development and correction of personal qualities that will influence the choice of effective styles of behavior in conflict situations
