Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається із двох розділів. У роботі розглядаються індивідуальні стратегії поведінки підлітків у конфлікті. Розглянуто поняття конфлікту, сутність та види конфліктної взаємодії. Проаналізовано сучасні теоретико-методологічні та науково-практичні дослідження щодо природу та зміст поведінки підлітків у конфлікті та вплив індивідуально-типологічних особливостей підлітків на вибір індивідуального стилю поведінки у конфлікті.
В результаті емпіричного дослідження визначено, виявлено, що 38%, досліджуваних надають перевагу стилю поведінки у конфлікті «пристосування», у 30% підлітків домінуючим стилем поведінки у конфлікті є суперництво, Компроміс обирають 20% опитаних респондентів, найменший відсоток опитаних підлітків обирають стилі поведінки співпраця 8% та уникнення 4%.
Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що матеріалами дослідження можна буде користуватись для складання таких навчальних курсів: Корекційні програми виявлення і подолання агресивних станів; Корекційні програми для психологічного пристосування підлітків до соціального середовища серед своїх однолітків
The graduation thesis consists of two sections. The work examines individual behavior strategies of teenagers in conflict. The concept of conflict, the essence and types of conflict interaction are considered. Modern theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical studies on the nature and content of the behavior of adolescents in conflict and the influence of individual typological characteristics of adolescents on the choice of an individual style of behavior in conflict are analyzed.
As a result of the empirical research, it was determined and found that 38% of the respondents prefer the style of behavior in the conflict "adjustment", in 30% of teenagers the dominant style of behavior in the conflict is rivalry, 20% of the surveyed respondents choose compromise, the smallest percentage of the surveyed teenagers choose the styles of cooperation 8% and avoidance 4%.
The practical significance of the work is that the research materials can be used to prepare the following training courses: Correctional programs for identifying and
overcoming aggressive conditions; Correctional programs for the psychological adaptation of adolescents to the social environment among their peers
