Емоційні ставлення до професій учнівської молоді стадії оптанта

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються особливості емоційного ставлення до професій серед сучасної молоді. Розглянуто важливість розглядання емоційного ставлення до професій у молоді на стадії оптанта, у професійній діяльності психолога. Предметом дослідження стали емоційні ставлення до професій учнівської молодіна стадії оптанта у взаємозв’язку з соціодемографічними, макросоціальними та психологічними чинниками, що впливають на вибір професій. Проаналізовано теоретичні моделі та емпіричні дослідження формування емоційного ставлення до професій серед учнівської молоді, а також чинники розвитку емоційних ставлень у молоді. В результаті емпіричного дослідження визначено, що на даному етапі професіогенезу більшість учнівської молоді на стадії оптації сприйняття професій особливо типу людина-людина та людина-художній образ сповнене здебільшого емоційно-смисловими характеристиками спокою та радості, які просліджуються у характеристиках трьох кольорів, що здобули найвищі показники в категорії позитивного емоційного ставлення: синій, жовтий та зелений. Ми вважаємо, що наше дослідження може бути подовжено і на наступних етапах професіогенезу особистості і сприятиме коригування своїх професійних планів на подальших етапах професіогенезу. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані в наукових цілях, в роботі шкільних психологів, індивідуальному консультуванні, а також при виборі професії.

The final qualifying work consists of two sections. The work examines the peculiarities of the emotional attitude to the profession among modern youth. The importance of consideration of the emotional attitude to professional activity among young people at the optant stage, in the professional activity of a psychologist, is considered. The subject of the study was the emotional attitude towards the professional youth stage of optant students in relation to socio-demographic, macro-social and psychological factors affecting the choice of professions. Theoretical models and empirical studies of the formation of emotional attitudes towards the professional activities of secondary school students, as well as the factors of the development of emotional attitudes among young people, are analyzed. As a result of the empirical study, it was determined that at this stage of professional development, the majority of schoolchildren at the opting stage of perception of professions, especially of the human-human and human-artistic type, are mostly filled with emotional and meaningful characteristics of peace and joy, which are traced in the characteristics of the three colors that obtained the highest indicators in the category of positive emotional attitude: blue, yellow and green. We believe that our research can be extended at the next stages of the professional development of an individual and will contribute to the adjustment of one's professional plans at the next stages of professional development. The practical significance of the work is that the research materials can be used for scientific purposes, as well as in the professional training of practical psychologists.
