Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес відбору персоналу та аналіз кандидатів у ФОП «Лейдікер» The bagel café. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади системи підбору персоналу та особливості системи підбору у ФОП «Лейдікер» The bagel café. Проаналізовано сучасний стан, економічну діяльність та систему підбору персоналу у ФОП «Лейдікер» The bagel café. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності діючої системи підбору персоналу на підприємстві у ФОП «Лейдікер» The bagel café, наведено змістовні пропозиції та економічно-соціальну ефективність

The Bachelor’s qualification work consists of three sections. The object of study is the process of personnel selection and analysis of candidates for of private entrepreneur «Laydiker» The bagel café. The theoretical aspects of the personnel recruitment system and the features of the recruitment system of FOP «Laydiker» The bagel café are considered in the paper. The current state of economic activity and personnel recruitment system of private entrepreneur «Laydiker» The bagel café is analyzed. Measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of the current system of personnel selection at the enterprise of private entrepreneur «Laydiker» The bagel café, meaningful proposals, economic and social efficiency are given
