Удосконалення форм і методів управління персоналом організації (на прикладі ТОВ «Pegas Touristik»)

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – система управління персоналом туристичного підприємства ТОВ «Pegas Touristik». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти дослідження управління персоналом на туристичному підприємстві. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники діяльності ТОВ «Pegas Touristik»., організаційну структуру організації, детально досліджено склад та структуру персоналу. Здійснено аналіз існуючих форм та методів управління персоналом в організації, з використанням методу анкетування. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано практичні пропозиції щодо удосконалення форм та методів управління персоналом ТОВ «Pegas Touristik». Здійснено розрахунки економічної доцільності запропонованих заходів.

The object of the research is the personnel management system of the tourist enterprise "Pegas Touristik" LLC. The paper deals with the theoretical aspects of personnel management research at a tourist enterprise. The main economic indicators of the activity of Pegas Touristik LLC, the organizational structure of the organization, the composition and structure of the staff were analyzed in detail. An analysis of the existing forms and methods of personnel management in the organization was carried out, using the questionnaire method. Practical suggestions for improving the forms and methods of personnel management of "Pegas Touristik" LLC are proposed and substantiated. Calculations of the economic feasibility of the proposed measures have been carried out
