Цифрові валюти: сучасний стан та перспективи використання

Abstract

Одеса, 2024. У роботі узагальнюються особливості цифрових валют, їх сучасний стан та перспективи використання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження сучасного стану та перспектив використання цифрових валют. У роботі досліджено поняття, класифікацію та загрози використання цифрових валют; специфіку використання та регулювання цифрових валют в Україні; стан валютного ринку України; проаналізувати тенденції розвитку вітчизняного ринку криптоактивів; правове регулювання цифрових активів у новітньому законодавств країн світу; тенденції розвитку обороту цифрових валют у світі; проблеми та напрями удосконалення процесу використання та обороту цифрових валют в Україні. Автором зроблені висновки, що на сьогодні криптовалюти швидко розвиваються та мають свої переваги й недоліки у використанні. Відсутність в багатьох країнах, в тому числі і в Україні чіткого визначення криптовалют, а також законодавчої бази створює певну небезпеку та ризики, що і потребує проведення досліджень даної проблематики

The work summarizes the features of digital currencies, their current state and prospects for use. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the current state and prospects for the use of digital currencies. The work examines the concept, classification and threats of using digital currencies; the specifics of the use and regulation of digital currencies in Ukraine; the state of the currency market of Ukraine; to analyze the development trends of the domestic market of cryptoassets; legal regulation of digital assets in the latest legislation of the countries of the world; trends in the development of the circulation of digital currencies in the world; problems and directions for improvement of the process of use and circulation of digital currencies in Ukraine. The author concluded that today cryptocurrencies are developing rapidly and have their advantages and disadvantages in use. In many countries, including Ukraine, the lack of a clear definition of cryptocurrencies, as well as the absence of a legal framework, creates certain dangers and risks, which necessitates research into this issue.
