Ресурсний потенціал банківської установи: формування та напрями оптимізації

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування та забезпечення достатності ресурсного потенціалу банку; досліджена сутнісна характеристика та складові ресурсного потенціалу; визначені принципи, фактори та фінансовий механізм формування ресурсного потенціалу банку; зазначені методичні аспекти оцінки ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу. Проведено дослідження стану ресурсозабезпеченості та діючої практики формування ресурсного потенціалу банківської установи; оцінена ресурсозабезпеченість конкретного банку в умовах воєнного стану; досліджена динаміка власного капіталу банку та рівня його достатності; проведений аналіз депозитних та не депозитних джерел фінансових ресурсів банку. Запропоновано основні напрямки оптимізації та ефективного використання ресурсної бази банку; зроблено оцінювання потенціалу фінансових ресурсів та ефективності їх використання; розглянутий зарубіжний досвід формування ресурсних позицій та потенціалу банківських установ.

The work examines the theoretical aspects of forming and ensuring the adequacy of the bank's resource potential; the essential characteristics and components of the resource potential were investigated; determined principles, factors and financial mechanism of formation of the bank's resource potential; methodical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of resource potential use are indicated. Research was carried out on the state of resource availability and the current practice of forming the resource potential of a banking institution; assessed resource availability of a particular bank under martial law; the dynamics of the bank's equity capital and the level of its adequacy were studied; An analysis of deposit and non-deposit sources of the bank's financial resources was carried out. The main directions for optimization and effective use of the bank's resource base are proposed; an assessment was made of the potential of financial resources and the effectiveness of their use; foreign experience in the formation of resource positions and potential of banking institutions is considered.
