Шляхи підвищення рівня економічної безпеки транспортно-експедиторських компаній

Abstract

Метою статті є пошук та економічне обґрунтування шляхів підвищення економічної безпеки транспортно експедиторських компаній. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти поняття економічної безпеки, її сутність, визначено основні складові економічної безпеки, надано її характеристику та показники для подальшого оцінювання, представлені основні заходи підвищення рівня економічної безпеки. На прикладі ТОВ «Альфакоста Юкрейн» запропоновано основні шляхи підвищення економічної безпеки транспортно-експедиторських компаній. Для досягнення поставленої мети використано загальнонаукові методи: абстрактно-логічний; системний аналіз; аналітичний; табличний та групування; експертних оцінок. Практична значимість дослідження полягає у наданні рекомендацій для компаній щодо впровадження заходів з метою підвищення рівня економічної безпеки, досягнення успіху та конкурентних переваг.

The purpose of the article is to search for and economically substantiate the ways to improve the economic security of freight forwarding companies. In the context of the integration of the world economy, the need for transport support for domestic and foreign trade, which is carried out by freight forwarding companies, is of great importance. At the same time, they realize the function of creating a transport corridor, thereby ensuring the delivery of goods and services to consumers. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of economic security, its essence, considers the main components of economic security, its characteristics and indicators for further assessment, and presents the main measures to improve the level of economic security. The economic security of an enterprise is the state of the production and economic system in which there are mechanisms for preventing and minimizing the impact of threats on the activities and development of a firm. Using the example of LLC "Alphacosta Ukraine", the components of economic security are analyzed and the overall level of economic security of this enterprise is estimated. The main measure to improve economic security at " Alphacosta Ukraine" LLC by transferring the vehicle fleet to an alternative type of fuel in order to increase individual components of economic security and to increase the overall level of economic security of the freight forwarding company and to generate additional profit by reducing fuel costs is proposed. To achieve this goal, the following general scientific methods were used: abstract and logical; system analysis; analytical; tabular and grouping; expert evaluation. The practical significance of the study is to provide recommendations for freight forwarding companies1 on the implementation of these ways to improve economic security, success and competitive advantage.
