Підвищення ефективності оплати праці на підприємстві (на прикладі ДП МТП «Южний»)

Abstract

Дипломна робота складається з трьох розділів. Предмет дослідження - ефективність використання фонду оплати праці на промисловому підприємстві. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси управління фондом оплати праці промислового підприємства ДП МТП «Южний». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи аналізу використання фонду оплати праці на підприємства, надані практичні рекомендації.. Аналіз проведений з застосуванням факторних методів дослідження. Зроблено загальний аналіз діяльності підприємства ДП МТП «Южний» на підставі розрахованих економічних показників. Пропонується підвищити ефективність використання фонду оплати праці на підприємстві ДП МТП «Южний» за рахунок скорочення втрат робочого часу та впровадження аутстафінгу. Проведена оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів.

Thesis consists of three sections. The subject of research is the efficiency of using the wage fund at an industrial enterprise. The object of the research is the processes of managing the labor remuneration fund of the industrial enterprise of the State Enterprise MTP "Yuzhny". The paper considers the theoretical basis of the analysis of the use of the wage fund for enterprises, provided practical recommendations. The analysis is carried out with the use of factor research methods. A general analysis of the activity of the enterprise of the state enterprise MTP "Yuzhny" is made on the basis of the calculated economic indicators. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of the use of the wage fund at the enterprise of SE MTP "Yuzhny" by reducing the loss of working time and the introduction of outstaffing.
