У статті наголошено на актуальності впровадження систем управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингу в контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015 та обгрунтовано, що засобом їхнього поліпшення є внутрішній аудит. Виявлено основні проблеми внутрішніх аудитів систем управління якістю підприємств, що пов’язані з формальним підходом до їхнього проведення та визначено негативні наслідки цього для компаній щодо ведення бізнесу. Розглянуто існуючі трактування поняття «внутрішній аудит» та обґрунтовано доцільність застосування сучасного підходу щодо його проведення на відповідність вимогам ISO 9001:2015. Автор акцентує увагу на вимогах нової версії міжнародного стандарту ISO 19011:2018 «Керівні вказівки щодо проведення аудитів систем управління» та наводить принципи проведення внутрішніх аудитів, дотримання яких спрямоване на ефективне його здійснення. У статті викладено блок-схему проведення аудитів систем управління якістю та розглянуто значущі аспекти впливу на забезпечення їхнього поліпшення. Автором сформовано системні невідповідності системи управління якістю інжинірингового підприємства за результатами внутрішніх аудитів 2012‒2017 рр. та акцентовано увагу на заходах щодо їхнього усунення. Зроблено наголос на доцільності застосування сформованого автором алгоритму проведення внутрішніх аудитів системи управління якістю інжинірингового підприємства як інструменту забезпечення його результативності та об’єктивності. Запропоновано застосовування причинно-наслідкової діаграми Ісікави в поєднанні з аналізом Парето з метою компетентного підходу до усунення невідповідностей системи управління якістю інжинірингового підприємства, виявлених у процесі проведення внутрішніх аудитів.
In the article it is marked actuality of introduction of control system by quality of enterprises of engineering sphere in the context of requirements of international standard of ISO 9001: 2015 and reasonably, that the means of their improvement is an internal audit. The basic problems of internal audits of control system of enterprises that is related to the formal going near their realization and the negative consequences of it are certain for companies in relation to doing business by quality are educed. Existent interpretations of concept "internal audit" are considered and expediency of application of modern approach is reasonable in relation to his realization on accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. An author accents attention on the requirements of update version of international standard of ISO 19011: 2018 the "Leading pointing in relation to realization of audits of control system" and points principles realizations of internal audits, the observance of that is sent to his effective realization. In the article the flow-chart of realization of audits of control system is expounded by quality and the meaningful aspects of influence are considered on providing of their improvement. An author is form system disparities of control system by quality of engineering enterprise on results internal audits 2012‒2017 and attention is accented on events in relation to their removal. Emphasized expediency of application of the algorithm of realization of internal audits of control system by quality of engineering enterprise formed by an author as to the instrument of providing of his effectiveness and objectivity. It is proposed to use Ishikawa causation chart in conjunction with Pareto's analysis for the purpose of competent approach to eliminate non-conformities of the quality management system of the engineering enterprise identified during the process of conducting internal audits.
