Управління джерелами фінансування підприємств та оптимізація структури капіталу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності та класифікації джерел фінансування діяльності підприємства, особливості використання джерел фінансування підприємства, чинники формування та критерії оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства. Проаналізована динаміка структури фінансування діяльності підприємств, чинники формування структури капіталу підприємств, вплив структури капіталу на ефективність діяльності підприємств. Запропоновані напрямки вдосконалення процесу управління джерелами фінансування ПАТ Мотор Січ, розглянуті проблеми та перспективи фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємств авіабудівної галузі.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study - enterprise "MotorSich". Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of of the essence and classification of sources of financing of the enterprise activity, peculiarities of using sources of financing of the enterprise, factors of formation and criteria of optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise are considered in the paper. The dynamics of the financing structure of enterprises, the factors of formation of the capital structure of enterprises, the influence of the structure of capital on the efficiency of enterprises activity are analyzed. The directions of improvement of the management process of sources of financing of enterprise "Motor Sich" are proposed, problems and prospects of financial support of activity of enterprises of aviation industry branch are considered.
