Abstract

У магістерській роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти та методологічні напрямками формування та розбудови вітчизняних підприємств, визначальними характеристиками яких стає інноваційна діяльність. У роботі поставлено за мету розробити науково-теоретичні засади, встановити методологічні підходи та надати методичні та практичні рекомендацій щодо процесів оновлення підприємств на основі формування, розвитку та використання інноваційно-інвестиційного базису. Проаналізовано фінансово-економічний стан ТОВ «АВС Кемікалс індастрі», виявлено слабкі місця у процесі виробництва, обґрунтовано та класифіковано інноваційний процес як соціально-економічний процес, який є головною та визначальною характеристикою сучасних економічних перетворень українських підприємств в умовах економічної кризи. Запропоновано втілити інноваційний процес як цілісну систему інститутів та господарських форм, яка лежить в основі формування комплексної об'ємної матриці реструктуризації підприємства, в якій виникає та реалізується синергетичний інноваційно-інвестиційний ефект від впровадження інновацій.
