Організаційно-економічні аспекти функціонування бутік-готелів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є процес функціонування бутік-готелів. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи розвитку концептуальних готелів, зокрема особливості функціонування бутік-готелів та надання ними послуг та світовий досвід функціонування бутік-готелів. В аналітичній частині зроблено дослідження специфіки функціонування бутік-готелю «Фредерік Коклен», динаміки його виробничо-економічної діяльності та оцінка фінансових показників на підставі вивчення теоретичних положень, первинної інформації та статистичних даних. Запропоновано основні напрями підвищення ефективності функціонування бутік-готелю «Фредерік Коклен», зокрема обґрунтовано розширення впровадження інновацій, підвищення рівня мотивації персоналу, зниження витрат, впровадження заходів у ресторані, усунення окремих недоліків в обслуговуванні гостей та розрахована економічна ефективність створення нового елементу інфраструктури – салону краси при бутік-готелі «Фредерік Коклен». Кваліфікаційна робота містить 103 сторінки, 34 таблиці, 16 рисунків, список літератури з 62 найменуваннями.

The qualifying work consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of functioning of boutique hotels. The article deals with the theoretical foundations of the development of conceptual hotels, in particular the features of the operation of boutique hotels and the provision of their services and the world experience of the operation of boutique hotels. In the analytical part, the study of the specifics of the operation of the ―Frederic Koklen‖ boutique hotel, the dynamics of its production and economic activity and the estimation of financial indicators on the basis of the study of theoretical positions, primary information and statistical data are made. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of the operation of the ―Frederic Koklen‖ boutique hotel are proposed, in particular, the rationale for expanding the introduction of innovations, increasing the level of personnel motivation, reducing costs, implementing measures in the restaurant, eliminating certain disadvantages in the service of guests and calculated the economic efficiency of creating a new element of infrastructure - the beauty salon at the ―Frederic Koklen‖ boutique hotel. The qualifying paper contains 103 pages, 34 tables, 16 figures, a list of literature with 62 titles.
