Оцінка конкурентоспроможності Одеського регіону в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти оцінювання конкурентоспроможності на регіональному рівні: поняття конкурентоспроможності, фактори та умови її забезпечення, основні методичні підходи до оцінювання конкурентоспроможності регіону. Визначені фактори конкурентоспроможності Одещини та проведено оцінювання інтегрального показнику конкурентоспроможності регіону. Узагальнені передумови підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіонів держави в умовах глобалізаційних процесів та обґрунтовані особливості розробки концепції регіональної політики забезпечення конкурентоспроможності Одеської області.

Thesis deals with the theoretical aspects of competitiveness assessment at the regional level such as concept of competitiveness, factors and conditions of competitiveness provision, main methodical approaches to the assessment of the competitiveness of the region. The factors of competitiveness of Odessa region are determined and the regional integral indicator of competitiveness was assessed. Generalized preconditions for increasing the competitiveness of the regions of the state in the conditions of globalization processes and the peculiarities of the development of the concept of regional policy of ensuring the competitiveness of the Odessa region was grounded.
