Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «ЦЕТЕХНО»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Проаналізовано стан фінансово-економічної діяльності ТОВ «ЦЕТЕХНО», визначено напрямки підвищення його конкурентоспроможності на ринку роздрібної та оптової торгівлі електроніки. Запропоновано заходи з підвищення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «ЦЕТЕХНО» на основі врахування результатів аналізу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства та галузевих особливостей його діяльності.Qualification work consists of two sections. The object of research is CETECHNO LLC. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of enterprise competitiveness management. The state of financial and economic activity of CETECHNO LLC is analyzed, the directions of increase of its competitiveness in the market of retail and wholesale trade of electronics are defined. Measures to increase the competitiveness of CETECHNO LLC are proposed on the basis of taking into account the results of the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise and the branch features of its activity.
