Abstract

Сучасний етапом формування інноваційної моделі економічного розвитку України, передбачає формування нової науково-виробничої структури, в якій значна доля належить новітнім інноваційним бізнес-структурам. Найбільш поширеними інноваційним бізнесовими структурами є науково-дослідні інститути та дослідні центри, які займаються науковими та експериментальними розробками, визначають можливість матеріалізації новітніх інтелектуальних продуктів та встановлюють комерційну привабливість та потенційну конкурентоспроможність на ринках. Головними задачами таких організаційних структур є фундаментальні та прикладні дослідження, що втілюються у відповідних документах, до яких відносяться, у першу чергу, винаходи, патенти, ліцензії, ноу-хау та інша документація, яка має практичну цінність у виробництві.The current stage of formation of the innovative model of economic development of Ukraine provides for the formation of a new research and production structure, in which a significant share belongs to the newest innovative business structures. The most common innovative business structures are research institutes and research centers that are engaged in scientific and experimental development, determine the possibility of materialization of the latest intellectual products and establish commercial attractiveness and potential competitiveness in the markets. The main tasks of such organizational structures are fundamental and applied research, embodied in the relevant documents, which include, in particular, inventions, patents, licenses, know-how and other documentation that has practical value in production.
