Удосконалення зовнішньоторговельних операцій підприємства галузі меблевої промисловості (на прикладі ТОВ «Термопал»)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність, форми та підходи організації зовнішньоторговельних операцій; визначена роль зовнішньоторговельних операцій на підприємстві; проаналізовано вплив зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів на зовнішньоторговельну політику на прикладі підприємства «Термопал». Оцінено ефективність ведення зовнішньоторговельної діяльності; проаналізовано фінансово-економічну діяльність підприємства а також показники структури та динаміки зовнішньоторговельних операцій; зроблено SWOT-аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Термопал». Визначено напрями удосконалення організації імпортних операцій; Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства та визначена ефективність від їх впровадження в майбутньому.

The essence, forms and approaches of organization of foreign trade operations are investigated in the work; defined role of foreign trade operations at the enterprise; the influence of external and internal factors on foreign trade policy is analyzed on the example of “Termopal” enterprise. The effectiveness of conducting foreign trade activity is estimated; the financial-economic activity of the enterprise as well as indicators of the structure and dynamics of foreign trade operations are analyzed; SWOT analysis of Ltd. “Termopal” was made. The directions of improvement of organization of import operations are determined; Recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise have been developed and the effectiveness of their implementation in the future has been determined.
