Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – система управління персоналом ФГ «Джондір- Б». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти дослідження управління персоналом в організації. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники діяльності ФГ «Джондір- Б», організаційну структуру організації, досліджено склад та структуру персоналу. Здійснено аналіз системи управління персоналом в організації. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано практичні пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління персоналом ФГ «Джондір-Б». Здійснено розрахунки економічної доцільності запропонованих заходів.The object of investigation is the personnel management system of the FG «Jondir-B». The work examines the theoretical aspects of monitoring personnel management in an organization. The main economic indicators of the activity of the FG “Jondir-B”, the organizational structure of the organization were analyzed, and the warehouse and structure of personnel was examined. An analysis of the personnel management system in the organization has been carried out. Practical propositions have been established and supported to improve the personnel management of the FG “Jondir-B”. There has been a development in the economic efficiency of the registered entries
