Формування операційної стратегії підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування операційної стратегії підприємства, зокрема види та характеристика операційних пріоритетів. Проаналізовано сільськогосподарську галузь України та наявні операційні можливості ПП "Арм - Агро". Запропоновано розробити заходи із скорочення витрат у процесі виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, зокрема проводити профілактичне ремонтне обслуговування сільськогосподарської техніки.The theoretical aspects of the formation of the enterprise's operating strategy are considered in the diploma thesis, in particular the types and characteristics of the operational priorities are analyzed. The agricultural industry of Ukraine and the operational capabilities of PE Arm - Agro are analyzed. It is proposed to develop measures to reduce costs in the process of agricultural production, in particular to carry out preventive repair of agricultural machinery.
