Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості регіону, описані методичні підходи аналізу інвестиційної привабливості регіону, розглянуто досвід зарубіжних держав у забезпеченні інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Проведено аналіз інвестиційної привабливості Одеської області, охарактеризовано рівень інвестиційного потенціалу регіону, досліджено динаміку надходження прямих іноземних інвестицій в економіку регіону, систематизовано фактори, що визначають інвестиційну привабливість регіону. Визначено пріоритети регіональної інвестиційної політики, вказані інструменти забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості регіону, які пропонується запровадити в регіоні

The priorities of the regional investment policy have been identified, and the instruments for ensuring the investment attractiveness of the region that are proposed to be introduced in the region have been specified.
