Комплексна методика оцінювання ефективності змін на підприємстві

Abstract

Основною метою статті виступає удосконалення теоретико-методичного підходу до оцінки ефективності впровадження механізму управління адаптацією до змін підприємств у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі їх функціонування. Виявлено, що оцінка ефективності змін повинна проводитись окрему у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі діяльності підприємств. Ітоговим показником оцінки ефективності змін на підприємстві пропонується розрахунок інтегрального показника ефективності змін на підприємстві, що включає оцінку ефективності змін у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі функціонування підприємств. Запропонована комплексна методика оцінювання ефективності змін на підприємстві із її деталізацією окремо для оцінювання ефективності змін у зовнішньому та внітрішньому середовищі функціонування підприємств.

The main objective of the article is to improve the theoretical and methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the enterprises mechanism of the adaptation to the changes management in the external and internal environment of its functioning. It was found that the assessment of the effectiveness of changes should be carried out separately in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The final indicator of the estimation of the effectiveness of changes in the enterprise is proposed calculation of the integral indicator of the effectiveness of changes in the enterprise, which includes an assessment of the effectiveness of changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise`s operation. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of changes in the enterprise with its detailed elaboration is proposed for assessing the effectiveness of changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise`s operation.
