Концепція промислового розвитку у економічній доктрині Дж. Кейнса

Abstract

У статті досліджено концептуальні основи промислового розвитку у економічній доктрині Дж. Кейнса, показано їх характеристику. Досліджено моделі і методи державного управління промисловим розвитком економіки в умовах кризових явищ. Здійснено аналіз аргументів опонентів Дж. Кейнса, перспектив розвитку його ідей у наукових дослідженнях його послідовників, показано закономірності у характеристиці кейнсіанських ідей щодо промислового розвитку економіки і оцінка перспектив їх застосування у сучасних економічних умовах в Україні у контексті глобалізації світової економіки. Визначено перспективи адаптації концептуальних підходів щодо сучасної промислової політики України у економічній доктрині Дж. Кейнса.

The article examines the conceptual foundations of industrial development in the economic doctrine of J. Keynes, shows their characteristics. The models and methods of state management of industrial policy in the conditions of crisis phenomena are investigated. The analysis of the arguments of the opponents of J. Keynes, the prospects for the development of his ideas in scientific research of his followers, shows the regularities in the characteristics of Keynesian ideas about industrial development and the assessment of the prospects for their application in modern economic conditions in Ukraine in the context of the globalization of the world economy. Prospects for adapting conceptual approaches to industrial development in the economic doctrine of J. Keynes are determined. The concept of industrial policy in the economic doctrine of J. Keynes is to state the cyclical turns of the economy that lead to crises, a panacea for which the scientist considered the influence of the state on the balance of economic conditions, where real and monetary income depend on employment in the economy. An important tool of the state in industrial policy, J. Keynes considered the choice of units of measurement of the economy and its analysis of use in terms of national income, stock of real capital and the general level of prices. Industrial policy in the concept of J. Keynes is to some extent "socialized" when, in particular with the growth of employment, expected consumption will increase, but to a lesser extent than effective demand, because the growth rate of consumption, in his opinion, always lags behind the growth rate of income. formed a scientist's vision of the planning of the industrial sector and active state regulation of the economy in general. However, in our opinion, in modern geoeconomic conditions, given the presence of global economic changes, the Keynesian concept can be transformed in the context of planned-indicative anti-crisis model, which can be applied in global crisis economic post-pandemic processes, which is the prospect of further research.
