Інформатизація як глобальна тенденція сучасного суспільства: соціально-філософський аналіз

Abstract

Остання чверть ХХ століття і перші десятиліття XXI століття пройшли під знаком інформатизації всіх сфер суспільного життя, і сьогодні вже ні в кого не викликає сумніву теза про те, що інформатизація є об’єктивною закономірністю розвитку людської цивілізації. Зрозуміло, прояви цієї закономірності настільки масштабні, що вони не мають якогось остаточного конкретного визначення, але з впевненістю можна стверджувати: інформатизація виводить в авангард розвитку історії ті держави і народи, менталітет, а не лише технологічне життя яких, найбільшою мірою налаштовані на універсалії XXI століття та на його потреби. Метою статті є соціально-філософське дослідження сутності та ролі інформатизації як глобальної тенденції сучасного соціального розвитку. Методологічна основа дослідження зумовлена поставленою метою і завданнями роботи та характеризується застосуванням теоретичних принципів діалектичного поєднання аналізу і синтезу, історичного та логічного підходів, порівняння та аналогії, а також гіпотетико-дедуктивного, компаративістського, структурно-функціонального та герменевтичного методів. Результати дослідження. Було зроблено висновок, що інформатизація являє собою процес, в межах якого нові комунікаційні технології використовуються як засіб сприяння соціально-економічному розвитку в міру того, як нація поступово набуває статусу інформаційного суспільства, що включає медіатизацію, комп’ютеризацію та інтелектуалізацію, має дуальну природу – є засобом підвищення продуктивності праці та важливою частиною соціального життя людини, що детермінує формування інформаційного світогляду та інформаційного мислення людини, сприяю набуттю особистістю нової ідентичності – інформаційної. Підкреслюється, що в інформаційну епоху актуалізується потреба не тільки оберігати духовно-моральні традиції, але і своєчасно відповідати на виклики часу, спрямовувати знання на вирішення проблем, які постали перед людством. Наголошується на тому, що ідеалізація будь якої зі складових сучасної соціальної системи, зокрема освіти або засобів масової комунікації є хибною, слід йти шляхом конвергенції – гармонійної взаємодії інституту освіти та новітніх засобів масової комунікації задля досягнення загальної мети – адекватної соціалізації особистості в умовах інформаційного суспільства.

The last quarter of the XX century and the first decades of the XXI century passed under the sign of informatization of all spheres of public life, and today no one doubts the thesis that informatization is an objective law of the development of human civilization. Of course, the manifestations of this pattern are so large-scale that they do not have any final concrete definition, but one thing is beyond doubt: informatization brings to the forefront of the development of history those states and peoples, mentality, and not only the technological life of which is most tuned in to universals XXI century and its needs. The purpose of the article is a socio-philosophical study of the essence and role of informatization as a global trend of modern social development. The methodological basis of the study is determined by the set goal and objectives of the work and is characterized by the application of theoretical principles of the dialectical combination of analysis and synthesis, historical and logical approaches, comparison and analogy, as well as hypothetical-deductive, comparative, structural-functional and hermeneutic methods. Research results. It was concluded that informatization is a process in which new communication technologies are used as a means of promoting socio-economic development as a nation gradually acquires the status of an information society, including mediatization, computerization and intellectualization, has a dual nature – is a means of increasing labor productivity and an important part of a person’s social life, determines the formation of an informational worldview and informational thinking of a person, contributing to the acquisition of a new identity by a person – informational. It is emphasized that in the information age, the need is actualized not only to protect spiritual and moral traditions, but also to respond in a timely manner to the challenges of the time, to direct knowledge to solve the problems facing humanity. It is emphasized that the idealization of any of the components of the modern social system, in particular education or mass communication media, is erroneous, one should follow the path of convergence – harmonious interaction between the institution of education and the latest media to achieve a common goal – adequate socialization of the individual in the information society.
