Підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства на основі реорганізації бізнес-процесів (на прикладі ТОВ «ЕСТЕЛАЙН»)

Abstract

роль у забезпеченні ефективності його діяльності, концептуальні підходи до оцінки ефективності бізнес-процесів, а також особливості управління бізнес-процесами у сфері торгівлі. Проаналізовано основні показники, що характеризують стан і напрямки розвитку галузі, основні техніко-економічні показники господарської діяльності підприємства, фінансовий стан підприємства, показники фінансових результатів діяльності підприємства, ефективність діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано певні шляхи підвищення ефективності діяльності ТОВ «ЕСТЕЛАЙН» через реорганізацію його бізнес-процесів. Заходи обґрунтовано економічними розрахунками.

The theoretical aspects of the theoretical essence of business processes of an enterprise, and their role in achieving the efficiency of an enterprise, and conceptual approaches to assessing the business process effectiveness, as well as theoretical aspects of managing business process in trade are considered in the thesis. The basic indicators characterizing the state and directions of the industry development, the main technical and economic indicators of the enterprise's economic activity, the financial state of the enterprise, the financial performance indicators of the enterprise, the effectiveness of enterprise’s activities are analyzed. The ways of improving the effectiveness of the enterprise's activity based on the reorganization of business processes are offered. The concrete measures for the reorganization of business processes are substantiated.
