Обліково-аналітичне забезпечення та контроль розрахунків з дебіторами і кредиторами (на прикладі ТОВ «Українські напої південь»)

Abstract

Результати аналізу свідчать, що організація діючої системи обліку та контролю на підприємстві не позбавлена недоліків. Так, на підприємстві відсутній наказ про облікову політику, відсутні розроблені графіки документообігу у розрізі окремих об’єктів обліку. Протягом досліджуваного періоду товариство досягло беззбитковості діяльності, проте його платоспроможність все ще залишається на низькому рівні. Запропоновано комплекс рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи обліку та внутрішнього контролю розрахунків з дебіторами і кредиторами на ТОВ «Українські напої південь. З метою поліпшення платоспроможності підприємства й зростання обсягів продажів, рекомендовано: створити індивідуальні ознаки привабливості магазинів завдяки продажу у них домашніх хлібобулочних виробів, які випікаються без маргарину, ароматизаторів та поліпшувачів смаків та продажу домашнього лимонаду; використовувати технологію «Таємний покупець».

The qualifying paper of master's degree consists of three sections. The object of research ̶ the organization of accounting, analysis and control of settlements with debtors and creditors at the commercial enterprises. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of accounting for settlements with debtors and creditors: the economic essence of settlement operations, its classification, analysis of the regulatory framework which governs the accounting of receivables and payables, features of international debt accounting, as well as practical aspects of accounting, analysis and internal control of settlements with debtors and creditors at the LLC «Ukrainski napoi pivden». The results of the analysis show, that the organization of the current system of accounting and control at the enterprise is not without its shortcomings. Thus, the company does not have an order on accounting policy, there are no developed schedules of document flow in terms of individual objects of accounting. During the researched period, the company achieved break-even activity, but its financial solvency is still remains low. A set of recommendations for improving the system of accounting and internal control of settlements with debtors and creditors at the enterprise LLC «Ukrainski napoi pivden» is recommended. In order to improve the solvency of the enterprise and volume of payments increase, it is recommended: to create individual signs of attractiveness of stores thanks to the sale of homemade bakery products, which are baked without margarine, flavoring agents and flavor enhancers and the sale of homemade lemonade; to use «Mystery Shopper» technology.
