The paper clarifies the theoretical aspects of retail network structures and models of their administration and management, the concept of a chain of stores, the tasks of network trade; and its types, the existing management systems of retail trade networks are considered, the domestic market of building materials and its internal potential is analyzed, the analysis of organizational and economic LLC PRORAB and also the actual organization of sales at the enterprise through own network is carried out. The complex program of improvement of trade in a network of shops is offered and the economic substantiation of efficiency of realization of the offered actions and the analysis of their influence on activity of the enterprise is carried out ».
