Трансформаційні процеси на ринку праці в умовах цифровізаціі економіки

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти трансформації світового ринку праці як результату технологізації та інформатизації розвитку соціально-економічних систем. Виявлена сучасна специфіка трудової діяльності, доведена об’єктивність виникнення нових форм організації праці в умовах діджиталізації економіки, визначені тенденції діджиталізації економіки та світового ринку праці. Проаналізовано тенденцію цифровізації зайнятості, яка виявляється у зростанні кількості працівників, які виконують роботу дистанційно через використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. За критерієм трансформації робочого місця виокремлюється надомна та мобільна форми зайнятості. За критерієм зміни графіку роботи нові форми праці класифікуються таким чином: праця на умовах неповного робочого дня, праця на умовах гнучкого графіку роботи, строкова тимчасова праця. Також проаналізовано трансформацію вітчизняного ринку праці та виявлено основні сфери цифрової зайнятості, серед яких можна виділити IT-галузь та IT-фріланс у яких Україна досягла значних результатів і впродовж 4 років займала перше місце в Європі. Запропоновані до розгляду оптимістичний та песимістичний сценарій розвитку майбутнього ринку праці в умовах цифрової трансформації, які підкріплені статистичними даними задля наглядного опису прогнозу.

Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the transformation of the world labor market as a result of technologicalization and informatization of socio-economic systems. The modern specifics of labor activity are revealed, the objectivity of the emergence of new forms of labor organization in the conditions of digitalization of the economy is proved, the tendencies of digitalization of the economy and the world labor market are determined. The tendency of digitalization of employment, which is manifested in the growing number of employees who work remotely through the use of information and communication technologies, is analyzed. According to the criterion of workplace transformation, home and mobile forms of employment are distinguished. According to the criterion of changing the work schedule, new forms of work are classified as follows: part-time work, flexible working hours, temporary work. The transformation of the domestic labor market was also analyzed and the main areas of digital employment were identified, among which are the IT industry and IT freelance in which Ukraine has achieved significant results and for 4 years ranked first in Europe. An optimistic and pessimistic scenario for the development of the future labor market in the context of digital transformation, which are supported by statistical data for a clear description of the forecast, is proposed for consideration.
