Фінансові гарантії як метод забезпечення виконання митних зобов’язань при транзиті

Abstract

Активізації та спрощенню міжнародних вантажних перевезень сприяє інститут фінансових гарантій, який в умовах поширення схем ухилення від оподаткування зовнішньоекономічних операцій в Україні набуває особливого значення. Це зумовлено тим, що фінансові гарантії є методом забезпечення виконання митних зобов’язань при порушенні умов надання звільнення від оподаткування, в тому числі й у митному режимі «транзит».

Activation and simplification of international freight transport is facilitated by the Institute of Financial Guarantees, which is becoming especially important in the context of the spread of tax evasion schemes in foreign economic transactions in Ukraine.
