Сучасні методи формування фінансової грамотності населення України

Abstract

У даній роботі обґрунтовано актуальність і необхідність формування фінансової грамотності у населення України. Наведено важливість становлення фінансової грамотності у молодого населення країни, особливо у здобувачів вищої освіти як потенційних носіїв та передавачів знань і навичок наступним поколінням. Представлено статистичну інформацію щодо показників індексу фінансової грамотності Організації економічного співробітництва та розвитку у населення України за ознаками віку, статті, рівня освіти і місця проживання. Виявлено, що саме молоде населення більш за всіх потребує знань та навичок з фінансової грамотності і раціональної фінансової поведінки. Проаналізовано причини низьких показників індексу фінансової грамотності у молодого населення України, серед яких основними виявлено дефіцит інформації, знань і навичок з фінансової грамотності, отриманих у сімейному колі та у закладах освіти. Обґрунтовано значення і важливість впровадження фінансової грамотності як освітньої компоненти для здобувачів у закладах вищої освіти. Описано роль та місце викладача у закладах вищої освіти для формування фінансової грамотності у здобувачів. Наведено основні концептуально-методологічні та практичні проблеми і протиріччя інтеграції фінансової грамотності у пізнавальний процес здобувачів вищої освіти

This paper substantiates the relevance and necessity of forming financial literacy among the population of Ukraine. The importance of the formation of financial literacy among the country's young population, especially among those who acquire higher education as potential carriers and transmitters of knowledge and skills to the next generations, is shown. Statistical information on indicators of the financial literacy index of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development among the population of Ukraine by age, article, level of education and place of residence is presented. It was found that it is the young population that most of all need knowledge and skills in financial literacy and rational financial behavior. The reasons for the low indicators of the financial literacy index among the young population of Ukraine were analyzed, among which the main ones were the lack of information, knowledge and skills on financial literacy, obtained in the family circle and in educational institutions. The significance and importance of implementing financial literacy as an educational component for applicants in higher education institutions is substantiated. The role and place of the teacher in institutions of higher education for the formation of financial literacy among applicants is described. The main conceptual-methodological and practical problems and contradictions of the integration of financial literacy into the cognitive process of higher education students are presented
