Особливості обліку і контролю імпортних операцій в торгових підприємствах на прикладі ТОВ «Юмітойз»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку та контролю імпортних операцій, методика та організація обліку і внутрішнього контролю у ТОВ «Юмітойз». Проаналізовано дефініцію «імпортні операції» як облікову категорію, визначено нормативно-правове регулювання імпортних операцій, визначено особливості оподаткування імпортних операцій, окреслені проблемні питання обліку імпорту, досліджено практику відображення імпортних операцій в ТОВ «Юмітойз», проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства та ефективності імпортних операцій, визначено шляхи удосконалення обліку та контролю, побудовано економічну модель. Запропоновано додати положення облікової політики відносно імпортних операцій, змінити склад первісної вартості товарів, використовувати графік документообігу.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of accounting and control of import operations, methodology and organization of accounting and internal control at Yumitoyz LLC. Author analysis the definition of "import operations" as an accounting category, determines the legal regulation of import operations, the peculiarities of taxation of import operations, outlines the problematic issues of import accounting, investigates the practice of displaying import operations in Yumitoyz LLC, conducts an analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise and the efficiency of import operations, determines ways of improving accounting and control, constructs an economical model. There were proposed to add postulates of the accounting policy regarding import operations, to change the composition of the initial cost of goods, to use a document flow schedule.
