Проблеми та особливості незалежного аудиту в зарубіжних країнах

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто проблемні аспекти та особливості незалежного аудиту в зарубіжних країнах. Проаналізовано спільні та відмінні риси місії, завдань, принципів організації та здійснення незалежного аудиту у різних країнах світу. Розглянуто основні положення незалежного аудиту в країнах Європейського Союзу, Латинської Америки, США. На підставі огляду проблемних аспектів незалежного аудиту у різних країнах розглянуто шляхи їх вирішення.

The work examines problematic aspects and features of independent audit in foreign countries. Common and distinctive features of the mission, tasks, principles of organization and implementation of independent audit in different countries of the world are analyzed. The main provisions of independent audit in the countries of the European Union, Latin America, and the USA are considered. Based on the review of problematic aspects of independent audit in different countries, ways to solve them are considered.
