Резерви зниження витратоємності продукції на підприємствах кабельної промисловості (на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти поняття витратоємності продукції підприємства, її економічну сутність, види, методи оцінки та соціально-економічне значення її зниження, розглянуто основні інструменти її аналізу, а також чинники, резерви та шляхи її зниження. Проаналізовано основні показники діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель», динаміку і структуру його поточних витрат, та проведений комплексний аналіз і прогнозування динаміки витратоємності продукції підприємства. Запропоновано заходи зниження витратоємності у ПАТ «Одескабель» за рахунок зменшення частки безнадійного браку продукції та підвищенню продуктивності виробничої лінії LAN-кабелю завдяки впровадженню сучаснішого обладнання, розрахований економічний ефект від запропонованих заходів та визначений плив на загальну витратоємність продукції підприємства

The paper examines theoretical aspects of the concept of cost-intensity at manufacturing enterprise, its economic essence, types, and methods of evaluation and the socio-economic significance of its reduction. The main analytical tools for cost-intensity analysis are discussed, as well as factors, reserves, and ways to reduce it. The key performance indicators of PJSC "Odeskabel" are analyzed, including the dynamics and structure of its current expenses. A comprehensive analysis and forecasting of the dynamics of cost-intensity of the enterprise's production are conducted. Measures to reduce cost-intensity in PJSC "Odeskabel" are proposed, focusing on reducing the share of irreparable product defects and increasing the productivity of the LAN cable production line through the implementation of modern equipment. The economic effect of the proposed measures is estimated, and their impact on the overall cost-intensity of the enterprise's production is determined.
