Теоретико-практичні засади макропруденційної політики національного банку України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти макропруденційної політики Національного банку України та її практичне впровадження. Визначено практичне підґрунтя виникнення макропруденційної політики та окреслені умови для початку її використання центральним банком. Наведено різні визначення цього поняття. Визначено мету, принципи та цілі макропруденційної політики НБУ. Продемонстровано різні інструменти макропруденційної політики, а також проаналізовано їх практичне використання в українській банківській практиці. Показано зв’язок інструментів із тактичними цілями макропруденційної політики НБУ. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень. Метою статті є аналіз теоретичного напрацювання у питаннях вивчення та впровадження макропруденційної політики НБУ, а також практики застосування цієї політики в Україні. Предметом є макропруденційна політика НБУ. Дослідження проведене методиками аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення та класифікації. Робота націлена на обґрунтування теоретичної та практичної бази впровадження макропруденційної політики НБУ.

The article emphasizes the theoretical aspects of the macroprudential policy of the National Bank of Ukraine and its practical implementation. The practical basis for the emergence of macroprudential policy is defined and the conditions for its implementation by the central bank are outlined. Different definitions of this concept are given. The purpose, principles and goals of the macroprudential policy of the NBU are defined. Various instruments of macroprudential policy are demonstrated, and their practical appliance in Ukrainian banking practice is also analyzed. The link between the tools and the tactical goals of the NBU's macroprudential policy is shown. Prospects for further research are outlined. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical basis of the macroprudential policy of the NBU development and implementation, as well as the practice of applying this policy in Ukraine. The subject is the macroprudential policy of the NBU. The research was carried out using methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and classification. This work is aimed at substantiating the theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of the macroprudential policy of the NBU.
