Монетарна політика Національного банку України в сучасних умовах

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади процесу формування та впровадження монетарної політики, а також проаналізовано інструментарій монетарної політики та основні нормативні-правові акти, якими здійснюється регулювання цього процесу. Розглянуто основні етапи становлення та розвитку монетарної політики в Україні. Проведено оцінювання основних інструментів монетарної політики. Проведено аналіз досвіду зарубіжних країн запровадження монетарної політики в сучасних умовах. Оцінка ефективності використання інструментів монетарної політики НБУ та обґрунтування перспектив розвитку

The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the process of formulation and implementation of monetary policy, as well as analyzes the toolkit of monetary policy and the main regulatory acts through which this process is regulated. The main stages of the formation and development of monetary policy in Ukraine are considered. An assessment of the main instruments of monetary policy is conducted. The analysis of the experience of foreign countries in implementing monetary policy in modern conditions is carried out. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the National Bank of Ukraine's use of monetary policy instruments and the justification of development prospects are provided.
