Державний борг України та його вплив на боргову безпеку країни

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – внутрішній та зовнішній державний борг України. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи понять державного боргу та боргової безпеки країни. Визначено сутність державного боргу та означено сутність боргової безпеки. Досліджено державний борг як економічну категорію та як складову фінансової безпеки. Проаналізована динаміка та структура державного боргу України з 2001 по 2022 рік. Визначено взаємозв’язок між державним боргом та борговою безпекою країни. Проведено аналіз боргового навантаження в розвинених країнах та країнах, що розвиваються, порівняно з Україною Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління та обслуговування державним боргом України, та поліпшення стану боргової безпеки.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is the internal and external public debt of Ukraine. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of public debt and debt security of the country. The essence of the state debt and the essence of debt security are defined. State debt as an economic category and as a component of financial security was studied. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the concepts of public debt and debt security of the country. The essence of the state debt and the essence of debt security are defined. The relationship between the state debt and the debt security of the country is determined.
