Інноваційні підходи до управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві

Abstract

Мета статті – теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування стану та перспектив використання сучасних новітніх технологій управління бізнес-процесами на підприємствах. Поставлена мета досягається послідовним дослідженням з використанням діалектичного, історичного та логічного підходів, методів індукції та дедукції, аналізу та синтезу. У роботі визначено, що використання інноваційних технологій в управлінні бізнес-процесами сучасних підприємств передбачає застосування нових форм і способів у розвитку виробничо-збутової діяльності, що дають змогу забезпечити підвищення їх ефективності за допомогою застосування передових методів та інструментів управління або наукових знань. Відзначено, що ефективний розвиток різних систем управління залежить від процесів, що відбуваються в інноваційній діяльності, та зачіпають наукову і техніко-технологічну сфери за допомогою соціально-економічних перетворень. У ході дослідження інноваційних технологій із позицій системно-процесного підходу до управління бізнес процесами виникає необхідність побудови на підприємстві комплексного процесу пошуку, освоєння і поширення інновацій. У зв'язку із цим доречно: чітке визначення цілей управління інноваціями, виділення відповідальних; організація регулярної і регламентованої роботи зі створення нової продукції чи послуг; оптимізація бізнес-процесів діяльності.

Show that management innovation is a change in the content of functions, technologies and organization of the management process and methods of operation of the management apparatus, which increase the efficiency of the enterprise in the conditions of the uncertain influence of external factors and are implemented through the application of the competence of managers and the use of new information technologies. For the successful implementation of any innovations, especially new management methods, the nature of the views of the staff, their orientation to development, attitude to changes, readiness to take risks becomes important. It was determined that innovative methods of enterprise management are aimed at implementing the strategy of introducing innovations in order to achieve the main goal of its functioning. The goal is achieved through a consistent study using dialectical, historical and logical approaches, methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis of the ability of enterprises to function effectively on the market and improve their competitive advantages thanks to the use of innovative technologies in business process management. The use of innovative technologies in the management of business processes of modern enterprises involves the use of new forms and methods in the development of production and sales activities, which make it possible to increase their efficiency through the use of advanced management methods and tools or scientific knowledge. The effective development of various management systems depends on the processes taking place in innovative activities that affect the spheres of science, technical and technological spheres with the help of socio-economic transformations. The practical In the course of researching innovative technologies from the standpoint of a system-process approach to business process management, there is a need to build a complex process of finding, mastering and spreading innovations at the enterprise. In this regard, it is appropriate: clear definition of the goals of innovation management, allocation of those responsible; creation of regular and regulated work on the creation of new products or services; optimization of business processes.
