Концептуальні засади впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій в управлінську діяльність підприємства

Abstract

Мета статті полягає у визначенні поняття «інформаційні технології», дослідженні новітніх інформаційних програм, виявленні їх переваг та недоліків та оцінці концептуальних засад необхідності їх впровадження в управлінську діяльність підприємств для підвищення ефективності їхньої діяльності в сучасних непередбачуваних умовах. На основі використання порівняльної методики оцінені три новітні програми – Trello, Pipedrive та Slack, які сприяють полегшенню роботи працівників організацій шляхом контролю, автоматизації та оптимізації робочих процесів. Результати дослідження дали змогу розробити покроковий алгоритм запровадження інформаційних застосунків в управлінські бізнес-процеси сучасних організацій, надати управлінські рекомендації. Визначено, що вони сприятимуть розвитку управлінського потенціалу завдяки автоматизації та поліпшенню внутрішньої організаційної комунікації.

The main purpose of the article is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the latest information programs and to assess the conceptual foundations that determine the need for their implementation in the management activities of enterprises in order to improve the efficiency of their functioning in today's unpredictable environment. To achieve this goal, the article uses a comparative methodology that allows analyzing three newest applications - Trello, Pipedrive, and Slack. These applications play an important role in facilitating the work of employees of organizations by providing control, automation, and optimization of work processes. Through a detailed study of these programs, their main advantages and disadvantages were identified. The results of the study served as the basis for developing a step-by-step algorithm for implementing information applications in the management business processes of modern organizations. This algorithm provides specific recommendations for selecting and configuring applications, as well as defines the stages of their integration into the enterprise's workflow. The introduction of the latest information applications into management activities will contribute to the development of the management potential of the enterprise by automating routine processes, increasing productivity, and improving internal organizational communication. Thus, this article solves an important problem in the field of management, namely, the introduction of modern information technologies into the activities of enterprises. It provides a clear understanding of the importance of these technologies, explores the latest applications, and reveals their advantages and disadvantages. The results of the study allow the development of an algorithm for the implementation of these programs, which will be an important step in improving the efficiency of management activities of enterprises in the current unpredictable environment.
