Формування інноваційної складової реструктуризації виноробних підприємств

Abstract

У науковому дослідженні сформульовано та проілюстровано основні положення, висновки та рекомендації щодо удосконалення теоретико-методичних засад і розробки практичного інструментарію формування інноваційної складової реструктуризації виноробних підприємств. Систематизовано та удосконалено понятійно-категоріальний апарат щодо уточнення сутності поняття «реструктуризація підприємства», який, визначає реструктуризацію підприємства як комплекс організаційно-управлінських, фінансово-економічних, технологічних, виробничих, інноваційно-інвестиційних, правових, маркетингових заходів, спрямованих на оновлення структури підприємства, досягнення цілей попередження і подолання кризових процесів, підвищення конкурентоспроможності у безперервно мінливих ринкових умовах, зміцнення фінансової стійкості, реалізацію нових потенційних можливостей, необхідних для прибуткового зростання продажу продукції, на яку є платоспроможний попит, що наукове теоретичне підґрунтя та визначає перспективи формування концептуального підходу до інноваційної реструктуризації виноробних підприємств. Розглянуто основні етапи еволюції концепції реструктуризації підприємства за критеріями факторів впливу, основних напрямків і методів.

Scientific study formulated and illustrated the main provisions, conclusions and recommendations regarding the improvement of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical tools for the innovative component formation of the winemaking enterprises restructuring. The conceptual and categorical apparatus for clarifying the concept essence of "enterprise restructuring" has been systematized and improved, which defines enterprise restructuring as a complex of organizational-management, financial-economic, technological, production, innovation-investment, legal, marketing measures aimed at updating the enterprise’s structure, achieving the goals of preventing and overcoming crisis processes, increasing competitiveness in constantly changing market conditions, strengthening financial stability, realizing new potential opportunities necessary for profitable growth in the sale of products which are paying demanded, provides a scientific theoretical basis and determines the formation prospects of a conceptual approach to innovative restructuring of winemaking enterprises. The main stages of the concept evolution of enterprise restructuring according to the criteria of influencing factors, main directions and methods are considered.

The dissertation revealed theoretical and methodological provisions, developed practical recommendations and provided relevant conclusions aimed at the use of analytical tools to ensure the management of the company's financial assets. Scientific approaches to understanding the definitions of «assets», «financial instruments» and «financial assets» were analyzed, the relationships between them were considered and systematized.
