Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси функціонування й розвитку цифровізації у вітчизняних та світових банках. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти цифровізації у банківському бізнесі. Охарактеризовано етапи цифровізації. Проведено порівняння цифрових банків із традиційними банками. Проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки рівня цифровізації економіки та банківського сектору. Проведено оцінку впливу цифрових технологій на банківський бізнес провідних країн світу та України. Визначені основні проблеми та виклики цифровізації банківського сектору. Проведено дослідження з метою визначення взаємозв’язку між цифровізацією банка та його ефективністю роботи

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is processes of operation and development of digitalization in domestic and international banks. Thesis deals with theoretical aspects of digitization in banking. The stages of digitization are characterized. A comparison of digital banks with traditional banks was made. Author analysis methodical approaches to assessing the level of digitization of the economy and the banking sector. An assessment of the impact of digital technologies on the banking business of the leading countries of the world and Ukraine was carried out. The main problems and challenges of digitalization of the banking sector are identified. A study was conducted to determine the relationship between the digitalization of the bank and its work efficiency.
