Abstract

дослідження – процес формування ефективної системи управління витратами на прикладі ТОВ «ВЕСТ БІЛДІНГ УКРАЇНА». У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми дослідження, основну мету та завдання дослідження, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним основам управління витратами підприємства, зокрема, в умовах невизначеності. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика досліджуваного підприємства, проведено аналіз його фінансово-економічного стану та досліджені джерела витрат. У третьому розділі проаналізовані основні проблеми підприємства, запропоновані заходи їх усунення та удосконалення управління витратами підприємства.

The introduction defines the relevance and practical value of the selected research topic, the main goal and task of the research, the subject and object of the research, and the scientific methods of the research. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of enterprise cost management, in particular, in conditions of uncertainty. In the second chapter, the general characteristics of the enterprise under study are given, an analysis of its financial and economic condition is carried out, and the sources of costs are investigated. In the third section, the main problems of the enterprise are analyzed, the measures for their elimination and improvement of the enterprise's cost management are proposed.
