Індустріальні парки як осередки підприємництва на локальному рівні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади організації і функціонування індустріальних парків, їх державне регулювання та стимулювання. Здійснено аналіз недоліків і проблем сфери індустріальних парків в Україні, визначено стан розвитку індустріальних парків, та найбільш перспективні напрями діяльності на території індустріальних парків. Здійснена оцінка ефективності створення індустріального парку на території міста Одеса. Запропоновано шляхи та інструменти посилення державної підтримки суб’єктів підприємництва для розвитку індустріальних парків.

The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the organization and functioning of industrial parks, their state regulation and stimulation. An analysis of the shortcomings and problems of the sphere of industrial parks in Ukraine was carried out, the state of development of industrial parks and the most promising areas of activity in the territory of industrial parks were determined. An assessment of the effectiveness of the creation of an industrial park in the territory of the city of Odesa was carried out. Ways and tools for strengthening state support for business entities for the development of industrial parks are proposed
