Забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості Суворовської територіальної громади

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження - процес обґрунтування забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості Суворовської селищної територіальної громади У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методологічні основи інвестиційної привабливості громади. Охарактеризовано критерії інвестиційної привабливості громади. Розглянуто інвестиційну спроможність органів місцевого самоврядування щодо залучення інвестицій. Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості громади. Надано характеристику складу, географічного розташування та природо-ресурсного потенціалу Суворовської селищної територіальної громади. Охарактеризовано інвестиційні об’єкти Суворовської селищної територіальної громади. Проведено аналіз інфраструктури для бізнесу, людського капіталу та соціальної інфраструктури як об’єктів залучення інвестицій. Обґрунтовано конкурентні переваги та обмеження перспективного розвитку громади (SWOT-аналіз) та запропоновано пропозиції щодо перспектив розвитку та інвестиційної привабливості Суворовської селищної територіальної громади.

The thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the process of substantiating the investment attractiveness of the Suvorov settlement territorial community The paper examines the theoretical and methodological bases of the investment attractiveness of society. The criteria for the investment attractiveness of a company are characterized. The investment ability of local governments to attract investment is considered. Methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of a society have been studied. The characteristics of the composition, geographical location and natural resource potential of the Suvorov village territorial community are given. The investment objects of the Suvorov settlement territorial community are characterized. An analysis of business infrastructure, human capital and social infrastructure as objects for attracting investment was carried out. The competitive advantages and limitations of the long-term development of the community (SWOT analysis) are substantiated and proposals are made on the prospects for the development of the Suvorov territorial community.
