Економічне обґрунтування методів фінансово-економічного оздоровлення підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Епіцентр К»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес обґрунтування шляхів фінансово-економічного оздоровлення ТОВ «Епіцентр К». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти економічного обґрунтування методів фінансово-економічного оздоровлення підприємства: визначено поняття та сутність фінансово-економічного оздоровлення підприємства, досліджено фактори та умови, що визначають необхідність фінансово-економічного оздоровлення підприємства, охарактеризовано методи оцінки доцільності фінансового оздоровлення підприємства. Проведено оцінку фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «Епіцентр К». Визначено місце підприємства ТОВ «Епіцентр К» за показниками фінансово-економічного стану серед підприємств торгівельної галузі. Охарактеризовано основні методи покращення фінансово-економічного становища підприємства. Розраховано та проаналізовано інтегральний показник оцінки фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «Епіцентр К». Розроблено антикризову програму діяльності ТОВ «Епіцентр К».

The thesis consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of substantiating ways of financial and economic improvement of LLC «Epicenter K». The paper examines the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the economic substantiation of the methods of financial and economic improvement of the enterprise: the concept and essence of the financial and economic improvement of the enterprise are defined, the factors and conditions that determine the need for the financial and economic improvement of the enterprise are investigated, the methods of assessing the feasibility of the financial improvement of the enterprise are characterized. An assessment of the financial and economic condition of LLC «Epicenter K» was carried out. The place of the company LLC «Epicenter K» according to indicators of the financial and economic condition among the enterprises of the trade industry was determined. The main methods of improving the financial and economic situation of the enterprise are described. The integral indicator of the assessment of the financial and economic condition of LLC «Epicenter K» was calculated and analyzed. An anti-crisis program of the activities of LLC «Epicenter K» has been developed.
