Роль інформаційних технологій в управлінні політичними, виробничими та освітніми процесами

Abstract

В статті проаналізована роль інформаційних технологій в управлінні основними сферами суспільного життя: політичною, економічною та соціальною. Показано, що інформаційні технології формують специфічне інформаційне поле, яке стає потужним засобом реалізації та проведення владних стратегій. Обґрунтовано, що створення, обробка та передача інформації стали фундаментальними джерелами продукції та влади. Внутрішнє впровадження технологій інформаційного суспільства знижує вартість транзакцій і дистрибуції, перебудовує відносини компаній зі своїми клієнтами, підвищує конкуренцію між постачальниками і забезпечує доступ до потенційних клієнтів. Аргументовано, що впровадження якості інформаційних технологій у процес підвищення рівня освіти відкриває для учасників освітнього процесу нові можливості. Для студентів: індивідуальна траєкторія навчання, що розкриває їх здібності та таланти; розширення доступу до освітньої інформації, в тому числі, до навчально-методичного забезпечення дисциплін; вдосконалення навчальних програм, які необхідні в умовах конкуренції навчальних закладів, і звичайно ж, для залучення студентів; посилення практичної компоненти в загальному обсязі підготовки спеціалістів та ін. Для викладачів: наявність в тренді сучасних методів навчання, посилення мотивації студентів до навчання, використання мультимедійних технологій, широкий доступ до теоретичних і методичних матеріалів; підвищення якості підготовки до лекцій і практичних занять; вдосконалення системи контролю знань студентів та ін. Зроблено висновок про те, що нові інформаційні технології, що ґрунтуються на використанні інформатики й впровадженні досягнень науки й техніки, відкривають нові можливості для розвитку особистості, становлення нових відносин людини із суспільством і природою.

The article analyzes the role of information technology in the management of the main areas of public life: political, economic and social. It is shown that information technologies form a specific information field, which becomes a powerful tool for the implementation of power strategies. It is substantiated that the creation, processing and transmission of information have become fundamental sources of productivity and power. The introduction of information society technologies reduces the cost of transactions and distribution, rebuilds the relationship of companies with their customers, increases competition between suppliers and makes it easier for potential customers to access them. It is argued that the introduction of information technology in the process of improving the quality of education opens up new opportunities for participants in the educational process. For students: an individual learning path that reveals their abilities and talents; expanding access to educational information, including educational and methodological support of disciplines; improvement of curricula, which is necessary in a competitive environment of educational institutions, and of course, to attract students; strengthening the practical component in the total volume of specialist training, etc. For teachers: keeping up with the trend of modern teaching methods, strengthening students’ motivation for learning, the use of multimedia technologies, wide access to theoretical and methodological materials; improving the quality of preparation for lectures and practical exercises; improvement of the student knowledge control system, etc. It is concluded that new information technologies, based on the use of informatics and the implementation of scientific and technical achievements, open up new opportunities for the development of the individual, the formation of new relations between man and society and nature
