Статистична оцінка стану та перспектив розвитку ринку праці в Україні

Abstract

У кваліфікованій роботі охарактеризовані основні теоретико-методологічні засади, розглянуто вплив зовнішніх чинників на ринок праці. Проаналізовано стан ринку праці України та світу, динаміку показників зайнятості, безробіття, середньомісячної заробітної плати. Проведено регіональний аналіз рівня безробіття. Побудовано моделі на основі методів аналітичного вирівнювання та регресійно-кореляційного аналізу, та надано прогнози за показниками безробіття та зайнятості.

The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of the study is the labor market of Ukraine and the world, as well as the main indicators related to it. In the qualified work, the main theoretical and methodological principles are characterized, the influence of external factors on the labor market is considered. The state of the labor market in Ukraine and the world, the dynamics of indicators of employment, unemployment, and average monthly wages are analyzed. A regional analysis of the unemployment rate was carried out. Models were built based on methods of analytical alignment and regression-correlation analysis, and forecasts were provided based on unemployment and employment indicators
