Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – діяльність вітчизняних публічних установ і організацій в сфері економіки на місцевому рівні в Україні. У роботі досліджено суть публічного управління та адміністрування в сфері економіки на місцевому рівні як соціального феномену. Розглянуто досвід провідних країн з організації публічного адміністрування у сфері економіки на місцевому рівні. Вивчено інструменти публічного адміністрування у сфері економіки на місцевому рівні. Розкрито систему публічного управління і адміністрування в сфері економіки на місцевому рівні в Україні. Проаналізовано суб’єктів публічного адміністрування в сфері економіки на місцевому рівні в Україні та їх компетенції. Виокремлено проблемні аспекти публічного управління та адміністрування в сфері економіки на місцевому рівні в Україні в умовах війни. Надано загальну характеристику діяльності Одеської районної ради. Окреслено механізм організації публічного управління та адміністрування в сфері економіки в Одеській районній раді. Розроблено шляхи оптимізації публічного управління та адміністрування в сфері економіки в Одеській районній раді

The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research is the activity of domestic public institutions and organisations in the field of local economy in Ukraine. The essence of public management and administration in the field of economy at the local level as a social phenomenon is investigated in the work. The experience of leading countries in the organisation of public administration in the field of economy at the local level is considered. The instruments of public administration in the field of economy at the local level are studied. The system of public management and administration in the field of economy at the local level in Ukraine is revealed. The subjects of public administration in the field of economy at the local level in Ukraine and their competences are analysed. The problematic aspects of public administration and management in the field of economy at the local level in Ukraine in the conditions of war are highlighted. A general description of the activities of the Odesa District Council is provided. The mechanism of organisation of public administration and management in the field of economy in the Odesa District Council is outlined. Ways to optimise public administration and management in the field of economy in the Odesa District Council are developed.
