Удосконалення механізмів публічного управління розвитком сфери охорони здоров’я

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – є процес механізму публічного управління розвитком сфери охорони здоров’я в Україні У роботі розглядається сутність та призначення поняття «механізми публічного управління»; розглянуто сферу охорони здоров’я як об’єкт публічного управління; охарактеризовано суб’єкти надання електронних послуг. Досліджено сутність механізму публічного управління розвитком сфери охорони здоров’я; розглянуто досвід провідних країн з удосконалення публічного управління розвитком сфери охорони здоров’я; визначено оцінку в публічному управління ефективності функціонування системи охорони здоров’я. Охарактеризовано напрями розвитку державного управління системою охорони здоров’я України; досліджено особливості публічного управління системою охорони здоров’я в Ізмаїльському районі Одеської області; визначено рекомендації щодо подолання диспропорцій розвитку сфери охорони здоров’я в Ізмаїльському районі Одеської області.

The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the research is the process of the mechanism of public administration for the development of the healthcare sector in Ukraine. The work examines the essence and purpose of the concept of "mechanisms of public administration"; the healthcare sector is considered as an object of public administration; the subjects of providing electronic services are characterized. The essence of the mechanism of public administration for the development of the healthcare sector is researched; the experience of leading countries in improving public administration for the development of the healthcare sector is considered; the evaluation of the effectiveness of the healthcare system in public administration is defined. The directions of development of state administration of the healthcare system in Ukraine are characterized; the features of public administration of the healthcare system in the Izmail district of Odesa region are researched; recommendations for overcoming the disparities in the development of the healthcare sector in the Izmail district of Odesa region are determined.
