Abstract

У роботі розкрито фінансово-економічну сутність плати за землю та орендної плати, з’ясовано їх роль в системі місцевих бюджетів. Проаналізовано економічний та соціальний вплив плати за землю, стан та структуру податкових надходжень плати за землю до бюджетів різних рівнів. Висвітлено зарубіжний досвід стягнення плати за землю, фінансовий контроль та аудит, розглянуто перспективи зменшення податкового навантаження із збереженням бюджетних надходжень

Qualification work for a bachelor's degree in the specialty 072 «Finance, Banking and Insurance» under the educational program of the professional direction «Tax and Customs» - Odesa National Economic University. The paper reveals the financial and economic essence of land payment and rent, clarifies their role in the system of local budgets. The economic and social impact of land payments, the status and structure of land tax revenues to budgets of different levels are analyzed. The foreign experience of land payment collection, financial control and audit is highlighted, and the prospects for reducing the tax burden while maintaining budget revenues are considered
